I have read everything that Jo Nesbo has written up till 'The Son.' The Son, while extremely well-written, is so deeply dark and haunting that I knew if I finished reading the book I would be greatly disturbed by it. This is the first of Nesbo's books I returned unread. Just could not read it!

A good read. The different approach is a nice change from the Harry Hole stories, though I like those too.
