Not her best. Seems the story was repeated over and over again to fill the pages until the end and then, quickly ended with not too much of a surprise. She has written better than this.

IT WAS LIKE WATCHING A SPIDER SPINING A WEB
KEPT ME GUESSING UNTIL THE LAST PAGES
A GREAT MELD OF TWO STORY LINES THAT CAME TOGETHER IN THE END

ONE OF HER BETTER BOOKS

Two story lines that are So farfetched that it's insulting. She's mailing it in these days.

She's done it again! I can always count on a Higgins-Clark book to keep my interest. Definitely agree with the guessing to the end comment.

One of Clarks best. Read it in 41/2 hours. Just couldn't put it down.

Enjoyed this book very much. Kept you guessing right to the end. It was 2 stories in one that came together very nicely.
