'Dark Witch' is the story of a young girl who moves to Ireland to meet her two cousins and learn about her family history. She is 'part of the three' who must be ever on their guard again the 'evil' that lurks in the fog.

Very unique and different story. Modern yet still has the old time feel to it. Likeable characters and storyline is interesting. Very impatient to start the second book hope to read it soon. Ending of the first book is not too cliffhanger but still excited and anxious to find out what happens next in the story of course.

This is my first ever to read book by Nora Roberts and I enjoyed it immensely! I can't wait for her other books in this series to come out.

This is the first Nora Roberts book I've tried, I liked it and will read the rest of the trilogy when it comes out. however I found the main character Iona To be a little silly and Not as confident as you like a main character to be. Besides the sex it kind of reminded me of some of the YA series but a bit better :-)

Not as good as others I've read by Nora Roberts. Similar to her other "witch" books. Not much of a story. Normally I can't wait for the second book to come out but for this trilogy I wonder whether it's worth reading the second book. Very disappointing.

Boring. I tried to get into it and forced myself to read but could not continue. Very disappointed, I generally love her books

Disappointing. Reads like previous novels by this author from characters, to setting, to plot. Even the dialogue seems to be recycled.

Looks like this will be another grand trilogy! I really enjoyed this first book -- characters I'd love to know, living their lives doing what they love. And having this undercurrent of a dark past that has to be dealt with in the here and now. What's not to like...

This trilogy is going to be wonderful. Although it can be compared in style and 'flavor' to her other magic trilogies, I can't get enough of 'em. Roberts' writing is crisp, to-the-point, yet descriptive and caring; a beautiful balance. And her magic is ..... magic!

I really enjoyed the story and characters. What an adventure it would be to move to another country. I really recommend this one!
