Great book!Dresden is back and better than ever!Real page turner with a huge twist at the end,I cant wait fir the next book!
Really enjoyed this one, there were several times when I laughed out loud. Updates some of the character stories without overdoing it. There was one kind of preachy bit dealing with same sex marriage that seemed really unnecessary, but other than that I saw nothing wrong.
If your new to Dresden, then start at the begining. But again. GREAT BOOK from Jim Butcher. Can't wait (but I have to) for the next installement.
i checked this book out at 6 pm today and at 2 am it was finnished dresden is back and by page 200 there are at least 500 plot twists. never in a series has this complicated weave of events struck me with such a mental wtf since harry potter and dresden isnt even done yet :) anyone interested in morality fantasy or what i have come to dub anti-sherlockian observation skills will love dresden hell im sure anyone who read this series will enjoy the twisting turning seething plot and the helpless thrill ride esque feelings you get fromreading it cheers to kim butcher long live the king of urban fantasy
Absolutely LOVE Harry and so happy to see all the characters back, the only one missing is Mister.
I absolutely love these novels. It's about time a book gets made into a movie with a big time budget. The problem I'm having is that I'm losing track of some of the characters from his earlier novels for example I do not remember when he killed the Winter Knight.. Hugh Jackman would make a good Harry Dresden.
He has promised to write 23 BASE novels and 3 Apocalyptical at the end.
It was great to have Harry back in action, and as usual, it left me anxious for further adventures in the Dresden Files.
