Substantial & unfussy, with genuine "mediterrranean" mainstays not usually seen in print; recipes are grouped by affinity; standouts are roast cauliflower, lamb grill, poached cod, linguine w/anchovies & walnuts, monte cristo sandwich, grilled whole chicken, 24 hr pickles; also imparted herein is masterful technique for great results with pizza or pasta. Check it out. these guys have a great palate and lots of learn from your mistakes advice.
