There is info near the beginning that I found life-changing, about memory and the aging brain. I found it inspiring, and I changed my view of my own brain as a result. However, much of the rest of the first half (as far as I got) stuck me as either wrong, or as presented as research-based and not that. So, I found it tedious. It is possible that someone younger would find the rest of the book more true or interesting than I did.

Not read by the author, Deepak, which therefore makes it very boring to listen to.
