Authors Matt Solomon and Chris Pauls reimagine the historical events of this fateful voyage though the lens of zombie mayhem. Join Captain Edward Smith and his inner circle as they desperately try to contain a zombie virus that boarded with the 2,200 passengers sailing to New York. In a few short days at sea, the glorious, shining Titanic turns into a Victorian blood bath, steaming at top speed towards a gigantic iceberg. A creepy, page-turner of a novel, Deck Z will keep zombie fans up all night and trigger a panic attack for anyone with claustrophobia. The Titanic: ...Unsinkable. Undead.

Add a Comment24/1 - I'm really enjoying the way the subject of zombies is being taken seriously, treated as a retelling of something that could have, or even did actually happen. Haven't read much, so that's all the insights I have gleaned so far. To be continued... 28/1 - The way this book is written as an in-depth retelling of a disaster was interesting and made the whole story, even the zombies, seem more likely. The authors must have done a good amount of research to be able to write about the real-life characters real lives - their families, lives prior to boarding the Titanic, etc. Anyone who, like me, really didn't like Pride and Prejudice and Zombies because there was no explanation for the zombies' existence and have therefore avoided all similar monster/classic mash-ups, should give this one a go because it's completely different.
