Perfect end to the trilogy!

Couldn't have been happier with the end of the series. I loved it. Except that one thing. Those who have read it will understand. While I found that, shall we say 'removal' unnecessary , I can see why O'Brien wrote it in.

Other: The entire series has a very medical nature and there are some quite graphic procedures that may bother those with a weak constitution.
