Add a CommentPro: Great recipes, especially the soups. A lot of thought and research went into this diet, and the author provides references for everything. Con: It's one-size-fits-all assumes everyone will lose at the same amount of food. This was too much food for me. It also is very dogmatic - one person is quoted as saying she just drank water when she went to a restaurant for family or friend occasions, then came home to her diet afterwards. A good diet should let you eat out.
