Add a CommentThis is a great sequel to Supervolcano: Eruption, I could almost believe it had happened and the consequences for the world in general were pretty believable. If this eruption were to occur in our lifetime, this book is practically a blueprint for how people would be affected. I really got caught up in the individual stories played out against the bigger picture. I hope there will be a sequel in this series. Harry Turtledove is a master of the Alternate History/World genre. Days after finishing this book, I still find myself thinking about the characters and wondering how their individual stories will play out.
