I liked it a lot! I don't think it's my favorite book, but it's a really good, deep read that will make you cry at the end, either happy or sad tears. The characters are three-dimensional and very lifelike. If you want a great read, then pick this one up!

This is the first Nicolas Sparks book that I have read and I must say I thought that it was an enjoyable read. Once I hit the climax I was a little nervous to continue to read because I know Sparks has a tendancy of killing off characters that the readers become attached to; I feared for fictional lives of the main characters - one in particular. All in all, The Lucky One is a worthwhile read. Now I wonder how the movie will compare...

The beginning was a bit slow, but once you get into it it's amazing. The ending is nothing like predicted, and I love it!
