SummaryAdd a Summary
After a deadly virus swept the nation, vampires have taken control of the cities and their resources. Where most humans align with the vampires, giving them blood in return for food, Allison Sekemoto lives as Unregistered. While she doesn't have to let vampires feed off of her, she is left on her own in a dangerous society to look for her own means of survival. While out on a hunt for food with her friends, Allison is attacked and is offered the chance of becoming a vampire. Not wanting to die and remain dead, Allison takes the vampire up on his offer and changes. After training under the vampire, Kanin, Allison flees when his enemies begin to hunt them down. Joining a group of humans looking for Eden, Allison struggles with her growing feelings for Zeke and hiding her true identity.
Allison Sekemoto lives inside a city controlled by vampires. Choosing to be an Unregistered, she is given the freedom to not give her own blood to the vampires at the cost of having to find her own food. While out searching for food with her friends, they are attacked by a bunch of rabids and Allison is left mortally wounded. A vampire who witnesses this, Kanin, gives her the option of becoming a vampire or dying as a human. Allison is turned and is taken under Kanin's wing. Beginning her training under him, Allison is left alone when they are attacked while on the run from Kanin's enemies.
