Add a CommentGreat to get children moving toward fitness through the use of tai-chi and yoga. The children participating in this DVD are ages 6 to 12 years of age. Families could do these exercises together. **Good for flexibility, Scott Cole moves through tai-chi then to yoga. This is a nice way to get youth started in fitness and physical health.
