I want three days of my life back. Worst book ever.

percy Jackson is back in his second adventure. It has been a year since he has been at Camp Half Blood a special camp for the sons and daughters of the Greek gods aka demigods. Someone has poisoned Thalia the magical tre that keeps monsters from invading the camp. Now Percy must travel the sea of mosters to find the golden fleece and harness that power to save the tree while trying to rescue his best friend at the same time.

On Percy's last day of school, he and his friend/cyclops half-brother Tyson are attacked by giants. Annabeth appears and saves them before leaving for camp. When they arrive, Percy learns that Thalia's tree, the tree protecting the camp, has been poisoned and Chiron has been accused of poisoning and he was fired. If Thalia's tree fully dies, then the camp boarders won't be protected and more Monsters will start attacking the camp. This will continue unless they find another way to protect the camp borders or the camp will be overrun by monsters. To save the tree, a quest is given to find the Golden Fleece. Clarisse La Rue, a daughter of Ares, will lead the quest to find the Golden Fleece. Percy, Annabeth, and Tyson sneak off, not just for the Golden Fleece, but to find their friend Grover Underwood. They meet Luke on the ship, but are able to escape. They soon join with Clarisse on her quest. Her ship is destroyed passing through the Sea of Monsters and Annabeth and Percy continue their search for Grover after becoming separated from the others. After encountering the sirens and Circe, Annabeth and Percy reach the Polyphemus' cave. They are able to rescue Grover and Clarisse and Tyson helps defeats Polyphemus. They recover the fleece and head to Miami. Clarisse heads to camp and the others are captured by Luke. They are about to be killed before Chiron and the Party Ponies (other centaurs) rescue them and take them to camp. The Fleece is able to save the tree, but it also revives Thalia, whose spirit was in the tree.

in this book percy had dreams of this best friend in trouable. then he found a that his other friend in school was a cyclops! the cyclops saved his life many times.at the last day of school, there was new kid that came to the school and at gym percy found out that they were really monsters. they were playing monster dogeball. there was inferno fire balls hits everywhere in the floor. since the mortals cant see monsters but they can see what they want they couldnt see that the kids were monsters then percy was lookign for this pen and he couldnt find it his friend the mini cyclops saved him from gettign hit and this happened many times before they came to camp half blood. there was a terriable problem in the camp. they camp's borders were destroyed! monsters were invading the camp all the time. the safest place for the half bollds was no gone! now its up to percy and his friends to save the camp. along the way percy discovers a defining secret about the relasionship of the cyclpos and him! find out what by reading this extrodinary 2nd book! i recomend this book as much as the 1st book "the lighting theif"
