great introduction to the Dickens tale - the muppets take the scary edge off. enjoyed by my family ages 9 to 68.

A Christmas Eve tradition now with our family - always cry, sing and cheer with this version. The Muppets are superb but so is Michael Caine as Scrooge, too - my favorite Scrooge actually - and he sings!..... highly recommended....

I haven't seen this film in years, and it was much better than I remembered. Gonzo playing Dickens narrating parts of the story was fantastic. I'll be watching this again next year.

An annual tradition for our family. May be scary for younger or sensitive children. Very funny and touching and sends a good message.

My husband and I and our children ages 7 - 12 all love the muppet narration and the puppet antics in this movie. You'll want to see it again and again every year like we do.

Priceless. The Muppet crew do a great job of re-interpretting the classic story. Along with the Sims version, this is our favourite. Interesting touches throughout. Humour, of course, but make sure you keep a close eye on the appearance of the Ghost of Christmas Present in that section.

Gonzo plays a very fine Charles Dickens and rats as book keepers for Scrooge is such a nice touch. Brian Henson leads a merry band in this fine retelling of a great christmas classic.
